Clormetina en micosis fungoide foliculotropa refractaria

La micosis fungoide es el linfoma cutáneo más frecuente. A diferencia de la micosis fungoide clásica, la micosis fungoide foliculotropa se asocia a refractariedad en el tratamiento y a un mal pronóstico. En Colombia, desde hace solo dos años se cuenta con el medicamento clormetina tópica. Se presentan tres casos de micosis fungoide foliculotropa resistente a tratamientos tópicos y sistémicos que tuvieron una excelente respuesta a la clormetina.
